Mrs. Pearl Barnhouse, 45, of 103 4th Street NW, Carrollton, died Friday in her home. She had been ill 11 months. Born June 24, 1912, in Perry Township, she was a daughter of George W. and Mary M. (Coffy) Butterfield of Carrollton. Mrs. Barnhouse had resided here 12 years. She was a member of Carrollton Methodist Church and the WSCS of the church. She was married to Ralph V. Barnhouse October 27, 1934.
Surviving are her parents' her husband; two daughters, Carol Ann Barnhouse at home and Mrs. Mary McLaughlin of Canton; one brother, Harry Butterfield of Rt. 2, Scio; one sister, Mrs. Mildred Leggett of Rt. 2, Scio, and a grandson, Chris Allen McLaughlin of Canton. Two brothers preceded her in death. Services were Monday in Allmon Funeral Home here with the Rev. S. V. Huffman officiating. Burial was in Westview Cemetery here.
