FOLEY - Beth Alphin of Foley died Wednesday after a brief illness. She had formerly lived in Lexington, Ky., and Roswell, Ga. She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard L. Butt Jr. of Foley; and her son, Richard B. Alphin of Lexington. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. today at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Foley. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, Donor Department, P.O. Box 1776, Williamsburg, VA 23187. Arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home in Robertsdale.
