Mrs. Charles (Dorothy) Bushaw, 64, of 129 E. Twelfth, Traverse City, was pronounced dead on arrival at Munson Medical Center Sunday afternoon after an apparent heart attack at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Traverse City St. Francis Church, with burial in Oakwood Catholic cemetery.
The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hibbard funeral chapel in Traverse City, where friends may call.
Mrs. Bushaw was born February 7, 1905 at Bloomington, Ill. and spent her early life there. The family later moved to Hart, and Mrs. Bushaw had been a resident of Traverse City since 1933.
In 1924 she was married at Hart to Mr. Bushaw, who survives.
Also surviving are: a son, Louis of Fairgrove; five daughters, Mrs. Walter (Ruby) Green and Mrs. Harold (Betty) Lawson of Traverse City, Mrs. Wilber (Shirley) Sieffert of Muskegon Heights, Mrs. Edward (Beverly) Kunsman of Muskegon, and Mrs. Earl (Marie) Muhleck of Drayton Plains; 22 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; four brothers; and two sisters (Traverse City Record Eagle, 17 June 1969, page 23).
