OLD ORCHARD BEACH - Alexandrine "Sandy" Burnham, 85, of Scarborough and formerly of Ocean Park, died Sunday at Pine Point Nursing Center. She was born July 13, 1921 in St Agatha, the daughter of Randolph and Alice Lachance Gagnon. She was educated in Madawaska schools. She came to this area in 1940. On May 22, 1974, she married Daniel E Burnham in Biddeford. He died November 23, 2004. She is survived by: three sons, Brother Willie Morin S C of Woonsocket, RI, Richard Morin of Las Vegas, NV, and Michael Morin of Saco; five daughters, Jacqueline Grant of Sanford, Patricia Pelletier of Saco, Nancy Waterman of Buxton, Linda Morin of Biddeford, and Dorothy Marchand of Old Orchard Beach; one brother, Real Gagnon of Alfred; one step son, Carleton Burnham of Sanford; two stepdaughters, Beverly Morrow of Renton, WA, Arline Sherman of Sanford; 15 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
