Alexander Adam Burgess, 5 months CARLSBAD -- Alexander Adam Burgess, 5 months, passed away Saturday, Feb. 9, 2008, at home. He was born Aug. 14, 2007 to his parents, Adam and Holly Burgess at Tri City Medical Center. Alexander is survived by his grandparents, Sally and Doug Burgess of Carlsbad; grandmother, Shannon Ray of Salt Lake City; great-grandparents, Howard and Stella Fennell of Downey, Calif.; aunt, Cynthia (Martin) Nadel of Dublin, Calif.; uncle, James Burgess of La Mesa; cousin, Ava Nadel of Dublin; parents, Holly and Adam Burgess of Carlsbad; and brother, Gregory Burgess of Carlsbad. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Douglas Wayland Burgess. A viewing will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Feb. 19, at Eternal Hills Mortuary in Oceanside with a memorial service following at 12:30 p.m. also at Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside with Pastor Mark Forman officiating.
