MRS. BURGESS
Mrs. Burgess, commonly known as Grandma Burgess, died Monday, June 7, at the home of her daughter Mrs. W.H. Flick in Agenda. Mrs. Burgess was seventy nine years of age and had lived in Republic County many years. Her remains were laid beside those of her husband who preceded her twenty years ago.
The deceased was highly respected in the community in which she had long lived. She leaves three sons, Wm. H., Thomas J., and D.W. Burgress (sic) and two daughters, Mrs. W.H. Flick of Agenda and Mrs. D.L. Patton of Los Angeles, Calif, besides many friends who will sincerely mourn her death.
