Obituary - "Coleman Dean (Toby) Burdett, 52, of Big Sandy, died Thursday, April 17 at his residence. He was a truck driver and a Methodist. Services were held on Saturday, April 19 at 2 p.m. at Stockdale-Malin Chapel in Big Sandy. Bro. Dossie Wheatley officiated. Burial was in Crooked Creek Cemetery. Mr. Burdett was born September 25, 1944 in Alabama. He was the son of Eunice Buckelew of Kymsonia, Kentucky, and the late Abe Burdett. He is survived by his wife, Norma Wheatley Burdett, whom he married in 1979, five daughters, Cheryl Proctor of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Nicole Perkins of Canton, Michigan, Terri Durocher of Houston, Texas, Michelle Hughes of Dearborn, Michigan and Lori Raymer of Grayslake, Illinois; three sisters, Maxine Phillips of Santee, California, Abilene Cole and Jean Hollums, both of Symsonia, Kentucky; two brothers, Jim Burdett and Ron Burdett, both of Symsonia, Kentucky; and ten grandchildren."
