She was born on February 4, 1939 in Lohrville, Iowa to the late L.S. and Murel Newcomb.
She was a manager for Rodeo Liquors and she had also worked at the Charleston Fabric Shop as a seamstress. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Charleston.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a son, Steven Bullington and a granddaughter, Christy Bullington.
There will be no services, she will be cremated. Arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral home in Fort Smith.
She is survived by two daughters, Lila Phillips of Charleston and Shari Bullington of Canton, OH; two sons, Greg Bullington and Roger Bullington, both of Fort Smith; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She is also survived by her step-grandson, Lawrence Toon of Fort Smith and her friend, Rick Diemert.
