Mrs. Celia A. Bidwell 60 years old, widow of Gerard Bidwell, died at her home in Westover Saturday afternoon at 6:30 o'clock. She is survived by one son, Percy S. Bidwell of Johnson City: two daughters, Helen C. Bidwell of Westover, and Mrs. Emory Robinson of Cobleskill; a brother,George Bucklin, and eight grandchildren.
