Norman (Bud) Buchholz

Norman (Bud) W. Buchholz, 62, of 212 E. State, St. Louis, died Thursday night, Nov. 11, 1982 at the Schnepp Nursing Home in St. Louis. Mr. Buchholz was born July 13, 1920 in St. Louis, the son of John C. and Agnes (Barker) Buchholz. In Clare, Michigan on November 15, 1940 he was united in marriage to Rena M. Hall of St. Louis. He had been a life-long resident of this area.

He was co-owner of Cameron-Chrysler-Dodge of St. Louis. He had been a member of the Elks Club in Alma, St. Louis American Legion and the St. Louis Masons. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Surviving are his wife, Rena; two sons, Robert Buchholz of St. Louis and John D. Buchholz of Saginaw; one daughter, Mrs. Julie Winkelstern of Lansing; one sister, Mrs. Virginia (Bud) Howard of St. Louis; his father, John C. Buchholz of St. Louis and two grandsons.

Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 15 at 1pm from the Alward-Carter Funeral Home in St. Louis. The Rev. Gerald Bates from the First United Methodist Church in St. Louis officiated and burial was at the Oak Grove Cemetery in St. Louis.
