Morehouse - A prominent Morehouse farmer, Dick Wooton Bryant, 61 years old, died Friday in a Poplar Bluff hospital. He was born May 25, 1907 in Clarksville, Tenn.
On May 25, 1924, he married Miss Ollie Elizabeth St. John, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Billy G. Bryant; a daughter, Mrs. DeWayne Hicks; three sisters, Mrs. Carlene Cambron, Mrs. Mary Mills and Mrs. Irene Strickland; three brothers, Dade Bryant, Homer Bryant and Marshall Bryant, and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Morehouse. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
