Deceased are two brothers, Clarence and Werner Bruns; four sisters, Marcella Dorsten, Stella Wenning, Shirley Walton and Alvera Fink.
He served his country in the U.S. Army as a MP during WWII. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina. He was a Lifetime member of the Celina V.F.W. Post #5713, Celina Eagles, and the Celina Senior Citizens. He was employed at Mersmans, Bordens, Sisters of the Precious Blood in Maria Stien and the last job he held was a greeter at Walmart in Celina.
