Leonard Brucker

MORTON – Leonard P. Brucker, 57, Morton, died at 6:48 p.m. Thursday (Sept. 24, 1987) at Morton Terrace Nursing Home, Morton, where he had been a resident for five years.

His memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Sibley, the Rev. William Hecht officiating. Cremation rites will be accorded. Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Sibley.

Visitation will be immediately after the memorial service at the church. Ludwig-Rohrschneider Mortuary, Morton, handled arrangements.

He was born March 19, 1930, in Sibley, a son of Pearl and Margaret Brethorst Brucker.

Mr. Brucker is survived by three brothers, Marion, Wyoming, Ill.; Arnold, Gibson City; and Richard, Pacific Palisades, Calif.; and two sisters, Bernice Montalva, Wheaton; and Trudi Kluever, Bentonville, Ark.

One sister preceded him is death.

Memorials may be made to the memorial fund at St. John’s Lutheran Church, or a charity of the donor’s choice.
