ALDINGTON, Annie.... Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, London, on Sunday, February 22, 2009, Annie (Brown) Aldington of London in her 97th year. Loving wife of the late Howard Aldington (1983). Beloved mother of Gloria and Vic Thompson of London, Fred and Mavis Aldington of Calgary, Bob and Linda Aldington, Rick and Sandra Aldington and Kathie and Russ Roedding all of London. Cherished grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Searle Brown. Also missed by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters Violet, Marcia, Shirley and brothers Bob, Jack and Gord. Friends will be received by the family from 2-4 and 7-9pm Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, where the celebration of Annie's life will be conducted in the chapel on Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at 11:00 am with Reverend Teresa Corrigan officiating. Interment in Woodland Cemetery, London.
