Chris was born March 27, 1990 and lived his entire short life in KCK. He was a senior at Washington High School and was to graduate in May. He was also a student at ATS training to become a machinist. He had worked at a local sandwich shop. Chris loved the outdoors and hunting and fishing with his dad and brothers. He had recently bought a car and was starting to restore it with his grandpa. Chris was a caring, responsible and giving young man. When he got his driver's license, he chose to be an organ donor. Upon his death, he gave the gift of life to others when all his major organs were donated. Chris is survived by his parents, Bob and Tonya Brown; 2 younger brothers, Nicholas Brown and Matthew Brown; Grandparents Jim and Sharon Schooley of KCK, Charles and Thelma Brown of Michigan Valley, KS; 5 uncles; 6 aunts; a multitude of cousins; and more friends than can be counted. The family would like to thank the Kansas City Kansas E.M.T.s, Police and Fire Departments, and everyone else who responded to the scene. They would also like to thank Overland Park Regional and The Midwest Transplant Network for their compassion and support.
