GENEVA WOMAN DIES IN BERNE THIS MORNING
Widow of C.N. Brown Dies at Home of Mrs. Neuenschwander
Mrs. Cora Alice Harper Brown, 84, of Geneva, widow of the late Charles Brown, died suddenly at 8:30 this morning at the home of Mrs. W.O. Neuenschwander, where she had lived since last November. She had been in her usual health until last night when she complained of not feeling well. She took some medicine during the night but was not believed seriously ill. Mrs. Brown was widely known; her husband having been a barber in Geneva for many years.
Mrs. Brown was born near Winchester, September 20, 1868, the daughter of William and Lydia Watts Harper. She was married to Charles Brown and spent many years in Geneva. (missing)
The body is at the Hardy and Hardy Funeral Home in Geneva. Funeral arrangements had not been made at press time pending word from relatives.
