Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Ridge Dale Church of God in Chattooga County for Carl Junior Brown, 24, who died yesterday of injuries received in a traffic accident on U.S. Highway 27, January 16th. Rites will be conducted by the Rev. Alfred Man and burial will be in Ridgeway Cemetery. J. D. Hill Funeral Home of Summerville directing.
A former Trion resident, Mr. Brown had lived on Rome Rte. 1 for the past six months. He was a technician for Rome Kraft Company. Mr. Brown had been in critical condition at a Rome hospital since the accident, in which his wife, son and four other persons were injured.
The body will be at the home of his parents, Seventh St., in Trion, until time for the services.
