We note with regret the sudden death of Dr. A. G. Brown of Luxora Wednesday night at 9:30 o’clock.
Dr. Brown came to Mississippi county from Kentucky about twenty-five years ago and engaged in the drug business which he continued up to the time of his death.
About fifteen years ago he was married to Miss Sue Driver, daughter of Hon. John B. Driver, of that city. Two small children as well as his widow, survive him.
Funeral services were held at Luxora yesterday afternoon at 2 o’clock after which the remains were brought to Osceola and interred in Violet Cemetery where a additional services were held at 4 o’clock. A host of sorrowing friends and relatives followed the remains to their last resting place.
