Shirley Ann Andrepont, 70, passed away on January 14, 2017 at Golden Age of Welsh.
She was born on May 2, 1946 in Leonville, LA. She enjoyed gardening and had lots of plants she would care for. Shirley loved spending time with her family and friends, and that was her greatest joy.
Survivors include her loving husband of 48 years Joseph Andrepont of Lake Charles; son, Dwain Andrepont and wife Katrell of Houston; daughter, Kelly Thibodeaux and husband Jarrell of Lake Charles; brothers, Cleveland Broussard, John Broussard; sisters, Eveline Sam, Elizabeth Caillet, Viola Dargin, Gloria Richard, Mary Broussard; six grandchildren, Ebony, Kendrick, Jasmine, Norman II, Alacia, Tyler; two great grandchildren, Cecil, Tiana; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and in laws.
She is preceded in death by her son, Norman Andrepont; parents, Moise and Cornelia Broussard; brother, Peter Broussard; and two sisters, Geraldine Simien and Earline Guillory.
Services will be held at 1:00pm at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church on Friday, January 20, 2017 in Lake Charles with Rev. Wayne LeBleu officiating. Visitation will be held Friday from 10:00am with a Rosary at 11:00am at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles until the procession to the church. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Lake Charles.
