Frank "Brooks" Brooksher was loved by all who knew him. He served as Sgt. 1st Class in the U.S. Army during WWII, fighting in the European theatre. He was awarded the Purple Heart and Bronze Star. He married the love of his life, Muriel Crocker, on August 3, 1946. They had 3 children, 9 grandkids and 5 great-grandkids during their 53 years together. Muriel preceded him in death to new life with Jesus in January 2000. Brooks was an avid fisherman and golfer. He also loved to travel, preferably by car so that he could see the sights!
