LINCOLN, David James Brokofsky, 33, of Lincoln died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2008, in Louisville, Kent.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home in Lincoln. Burial will be in the Lincoln Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with family greeting friends from 6 to 8.
Mr. Brokofsky was born Aug. 22, 1975, at Omaha.
Survivors of the immediate family include his parents, Linda and Larry Brokofsky of Lincoln; and a sister and brother-in-law, Teri and Gene Gray of Lincoln.
Additional survivors include nephews, Michael and Brandon Gray, nieces, Natalie and Malissa Gray, all of Lincoln; grandparents, Pearl and Melvin Brokofsky of Grand Island; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was a graduate of Pius X High School and Bellevue University. He was formerly employed by BryanLGH Medical Center East.
He was a member and past officer of Prairie Astronomy Club.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, James W. and Virginia Casteel.
