Mrs. B. Broeder passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. E.E. Houts, Sunday forenoon, after a long illness. Mrs. Broeder was the oldest settler in this country. She was a good neighbor and will be missed by her many friends. Funeral services were held at the Ladies' Aid hall Wednesday afternoon. Rev. Horn of Gilman officiating. She was laid to rest in the Mt. Nebo cemetery.
