She was born Dec. 23, 1935, at Council Bluffs, Iowa, to Marion and Eldora (Fouts) Cooper.
She was self-employed.
She married Kevin Vencel in 1951. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, Kevin Vencel, Kincaid; daughters, Carolyn Hall, El Reno, Okla., and Dalene Vencel, Osawatomie; sisters, Jean, Eula, Dorothy, Ginger and Alice; two grandchildren; three step-grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by a sister, Marge Arch; and a brother, Casey Cooper.
