GRISWOLD - Fae Marie Hummel, 85, of Griswold died Feb. 26 at Alegent Health Mercy Hospital.
She was born Feb. 2, 1919, in Council Bluffs to Leo and Ina (Freeman) Brock.
Survivors include her husband, Max Hummel, of Griswold; her children, Larry Hummel and his wife, Marlene, of Atlantic, and Ina Louanne Gruidel and her husband, Kenneth, of Omaha; her grandchildren, Kersten Gebard and her husband, Terry, DeAnne Krienke and her husband, Jim, Julie Gruidel and her fiance, Kevin Heacock, and Janna Gruidel; her great-grandchildren, Kaeleigh Gebard, Erika Gebard, Anelise Gebard, Taylor Krienke, and Nicholas Krienke; many nieces; nephews.
The funeral will be Saturday at Oakland United Methodist Church in Oakland. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery in Oakland.
