Alex was the son of Alex and Eliza Britt. He is survived by six daughters, Leona Sherman, Mrs Homer Lake, Mrs Kenneth Wyatt, Frances Rector, Mrs Chester Lee, and Mrs Archie Wardell, and four sons, Rev George Britt, Clifford Britt, Wayne Britt, and Rev Aubrey Britt.
