Mrs. Biggers Services Held at Bethal Church
Services for Mrs. Florence Biggers were held Sunday, July 2, at 3:00 p.m. at the Bethel Methodist Church at Frence Camp. Burial was in the church cemetery under the direction of Winona Funeral Home. Officiating was the Rev. C.E. Burden, assisted by Rev. George Curtis.
Mrs. Biggers was born in French Camp, Feb. 26, 1884. She was the widow of the late H.M. "Jack" Biggers. Mrs. Biggers suffered a stroke at her home last Friday evening. She was taken to Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital where she died at 6 p.m. She was a member of the Trinity Methodist church in Greenville.
She leaves one daughter, Mrs. Joe K. Applewhite of Winona; four sons, Guy Biggers and Sam Biggers, both of Greenville, Ed Biggers of Winona and Billy Biggers of Monticello, Ms.; two brothers, Will Brister, snf Sam Brister of Winona, 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren
Pallbearers were Allen Biggers, Melton Bristers, Dillard Biggers, Melvin Biggers, Wendell Brister and Joe Biggers.
