"Mrs. Bernice M. Brim, 68, of 620 East 71st Terrace, died yesterday at a hospital in Las Vegas, Nev., where she was visiting at the home of a daughter. Mrs. Brim was born in Lowry City, Mo., and lived here since 1908. She was a member of the Dawn Bible study group. She leaves a son, L. G. Brim of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Lillian R. Wemm of Las Vegas; three brothers, Leonard L. Jones and Vernon E. Jones, both of Kansas City, Kansas, and Joseph M. Jones of Lancaster, Calif.; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Services will be at 1:30 o'clock Tuesday at the Fulton-Nickel chapel; burial in Highland Park cemetery." The Kansas City Star, October 27, 1968
