Mona Bridges died at the age of 80 at home. She graduated from Denton High School in 1954. She then graduated from Brantley-Draughon Business College in Fort Worth, Texas. She had moved to Frisco, Texas, then back to Denton. She enjoyed Traveling, Camping, and the Autumn.
She was preceded in death by her parents Mildred (Godi) Rhoads and Merle Rhoads, her Stepfather Roy Godi Sr., and her Stepmother Pearl Rhoads, and a son Greg Bridges. She is survived by: Her husband of 60 years, Weldon Bridges of Denton, Texas, a daughter Jennifer Bridges of Denton, Texas, Three Grandchildren, a sister Joyce Lowry of Sherman, Texas, and a brother Roy Godi Jr. of Denton, Texas.
