A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 15, 2009, in Lakewood Memorial Park with Lakewood Funeral Home handling the arrangements.
Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney M. Adams; brothers, Austin Brantley and Emmette Brantley; and sisters, Lillie Mae Brantley, Hazel Brantley and Lois Thomas.
She is survived by her daughter, Beatrice "Bea" Tatum (Wayne) of Raymond; grandchildren, Tracy Buffington (Jeff) and Scott Tatum (Leslie); great grandchildren, Jacob & Caleb Tatum, all of Clinton; and sisters, Roberta Myers of Mobile, AL, Ruth Coker of St. Louis, MO and Jean Speake of Mountain View, AR.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Sta-Home Health and Hospice, especially Bea Brown, Brenda Williams, and Renee' Young.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to Sta-Home Health and Hospice, Ste 500, 406 Briarwood Dr, Jackson, MS 39206.
