September 22, 1935 - February 28, 2015
Patricia K. Brantley, Senior Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics died peacefully at Serenity Hospice on Feb 28, 2015 in Dublin, Ga. at the age of 79.
Pat was born on September 12, 1935 in Cadwell, GA to Leon and Reba Keen. She graduated from Cadwell High School. She lived in Dublin for over 50 years and in Laurens County her entire life. She was a long-time faithful member of Dudley Baptist Church where she loved her Sunday School Group. After working in several different fields of business, Pat was introduced to Mary Kay Cosmetics and joined the company in 1979. She quickly rose to the level of Senior Sales Director and enjoyed 36 years in Mary Kay. Noted by all for her elegance and grace, Pat lovingly mentored numerous consultants within Mary Kay by “Praising People to Success” emphasizing “God First, Family Second, Career Third”. Pat loved spending time with family and friends and caring for her grandchildren.
Pat is survived by sons Mark C. Brantley and wife Christine of Warner Robins, Ga., Kendall K. Brantley of Decatur, Ga., Paul J. Brantley and wife Mary Kay of Gallant, Al, grandchildren Phillip, Kathryn and Logan, Sister Joyce Schell and a host of dear family and friends. Pat is preceded in death by parents Leon K. and Reba J. (Silas) Keen and sister Gwen Allmon.
Visitation will be held at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home in Dublin, GA on March 5th from 5-7pm. Services to be held in the same location on March 6th with a viewing from 1-2pm and funeral following at 2pm. Burial will be immediately following at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Family and friends are welcome to attend and celebrate Pat’s life.
