Death of Mrs. Robert Bragg
Death has again entered a Lander home and this time claimed as its victim, Mrs. Charlotte Bragg.
For several months she had been a sufferer, and loving ones had taken her to Denver where, it was hopped, she might regain some of her lost health. While the change seemed to interestand (sic) please her, she gradually grew weaker and on Friday Oct. 2, she passed peacefully to the Other Side.
The remains were brought by the husband, Robert Bragg, and the sister, Mrs. Emma Cole, to Lander, Wyoming where her home has been for many years. Funeral services were held in the Episcopal church by Rev. John Roberts on Thursday Oct. 8, and the body was followed to its last resting place by many sorrowing friends.
Mrs. Bragg was born in London, England, and came to this country soon after her marriage. For a time she had her home in Bangor, Maine but for the last thirty two years she has lived in Wyoming, where she was a potent factor for good.
Her life was that of an upright consistent Christian; her character one of noble womenhood, her death, that of one "who wraps the drapery of his couch about him and lies down to pleasant dreams."
