Mrs. Edith L. Bragg, 58 of 11124 SW Riverwood Rd., died Thursday at Good Samaritan Hospital following a long illness. She was the wife of George T. Bragg, vice president and general manager of Pacific Power and Light Co. Mrs. Bragg was born in Seattle, April 22, 1900, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Lee. She was a graduate of the University of Washington. Prior to her illness she had been active in the Portland Red Cross and other community services.

She is survived by the widower and three children, Mrs. Peter Wilhelm, Milburn, N.J., Robert T., of Schenectady, N.Y.; David in Portland; and by five grandchildren. A sister, Mrs. Louis Gerlinger, also lives in Portland. A brother, James Lee lives in Seattle.

Funeral is in charge of J. P. Finley and Son.
