MARION - Mary P. Taylor, 82, Marion, passed away on Monday, March 10, 2008, surrounded by family.

Mary was born on March 1, 1926, to the late Thomas and Mary (Toomey) Brady in New York City
She worked at GTE for 15 years and was also a home maker. Mary was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.

She is survived by her daughters, Suzanne (Jim) Bayles, Mary Ann (Gary) Ferriman, both of Marion and Patricia (Preston) Conley of Florida; sons, Thomas L. Taylor and John (Janet) Taylor III, both of Marion; grandchildren, Casey and Joel Taylor, John IV and Danny Taylor, Jamie Summers, Jackie Campbell, Jason and Jeremy Mills, Keith Ferriman, Sheri Miracle, Eric Starcher, Kyle and Brett Conley; 25 great-grandchildren; sisters Eileen Brady and Josephine (Fred) Jantzen.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, John Taylor Jr.; grandsons, Joshua, Thomas L. Jr. and Wyatt J. Taylor.

Family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12, 2008, at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors, 347 W. Center St., with Parish prayers at 4 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2008, in St. Mary Church and burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Memorials may be made in honor of Mary to the donor's choice.
