Belva Boyles
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 26, at Berean Assembly of God Church in Springfield for Belva J. Boyles of Eugene, who died July 17 of complications from diabetes. She was 83.
She was born April 11, 1928, in Reedsport to Jerry and Dolly Osborn Sylvester. She married Henry Boyles on July 15, 1949, in Vancouver, Wash.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Karen Byron of Wasilla, Alaska; two sisters, Phyllis O'Sullivan of Eugene and Orba Walker of Reedsport; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A daughter, Sherry Boyles, died on March 9, 1969.
Burial will be at Lane Memorial Gardens in Eugene.
