Passed away January 11, 2014 at Josie Harper Hospice House. Born to Edgar and Maude Boyd, March 9, 1932 in Grant County, Oklahoma. Preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Max, Tom, Bill, Lynn; sister, Jane; and daughter Cynthia Jane. Survived by husband of 51 years, Phil; son, Philip of Seattle; sisters-in-law, Mabel Boyd, Omaha, Chris Boyd, Texas, Jeanne Boyd, Oklahoma, Susan V. Sidles (Steve), Arizona; many cousins, nieces and nephews. Audrey worked 1968-1983 in the family automotive business in West Omaha. From 1983-1998 she was active in the estate auction business with her husband and several local auction firms. Family will greet friends at the Colonial Chapel Thursday from 5-7pm with a MEMORIAL SERVICE a 7pm. Interment will be at the Magnolia, IA Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Masonic-Eastern Star Children's Home, P0 Box 1327, Fremont, NE 68026, the Nebraska Humane Society or charity of your choice.
