Clarence C. Bowman, 71, southeast Kansas City, died Oct. 28, 1989, at the home. He was born in Picher, Okla., and lived in this area most of his life. Mr. Bowman was an electronics technician for Wilcox Electric Inc. for 43 years until he retired in 1986, He was a member of the Scottish Rite bodies, the Marlborough Masonic Lodge in Grandview and the Ararat Shrine. Survivors include his wife, Una Bowman of the home, two sons, Clarence Bowman Jr. and Dale Bowman, and two daughters, Becky Bowman and Donna Stamper, all of Kansas City; and 10 grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Park Lawn Chapel; burial in Green Lawn Cemetery . Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the chapel , where Masonic Services will be at 8:30 p.m.
