Agnes F. Aggie Angie (Porter) (Gilchrest) Boutwell, 70, of Marlborough, died Sunday, Sept. 26, at her home.
Born in Marlborough, she was the daughter of the late John A. and Bertha (Boule) Porter and the wife of Donald Boutwell, of Marlborough.
A home health aide for many years, she was known for her professional manner and individualized attention to all she cared for.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her children, Charles Chuck Gilchrest of Marlborough, Don Boutwell, Jr., of CT, Darren Boutwell and his wife Christine of Rutland, MA, Paul Gilchrest and his wife Diane Lee of Marlborough, Keith Gilchrest and his wife Charlene of Lancaster, Debbie Perks and her husband Herbert of Charlton, Jay Boutwell and his wife Valerie of Marlborough, Dorinda Boutwell of Marlborough, and Jeff Gilchrest and his wife Rhonda of Auburn, MA, 7 brothers, 3 sisters,30 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was also the mother of the late Dean Boutwell.
Funeral services will be held on Fri. Oct. 1, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Slattery Funeral Home, Inc., 40 Pleasant St., Marlborough, MA. Pastor Don Braswell of the MetroChurch, 401 Elm St., Marlborough,will officiate. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson St., Marlborough, MA.
