Viola G. Kimmel, of 3114 Oak Ave., died at 1:40 pm Sunday, Aug 27, 1978, in Altoona Hospital, following a brief illness.
She was born March 24, 1893, in Altoona, a daughter of Andrew and Susan (George) Boslet, and married John G. Kimmel, who died Dec. 28, 1954.
Surviving are three children, Mrs. Helen M. Dick, with whom she resided, and Robert J. and Mrs. Marian E. Rankey of Altoona; a granddaughter, and a sister, Mrs. Mae Stoehr of Altoona.
Mrs. Kimmel was a member of the Cathedral fo the Blessed Sacrament and Ladies Catholic Benevolent Association.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Tuesday in Stevens Mortuary.
