Known by his family and friends as 'Dorie'. He was trampled to death by a young bull on the D. B. Olmsted farm. He was found by Frank Peroz near an apple tree in the pasture. Frank chased the bull away by throwing stones at him, but it was too late. Dorie died from internal injuries at the age of 70.
