Graveside services for Miss Annie Borders of Anniston, formerly of Birmingham, will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Harmony Baptist Church in Choccolocco with the Rev. Gary Formby officiating and Gray Brown-Service Mortuary in charge. Miss Borders died Thursday at Jacksonville Nursing Home. Survivors include a brother, Sam Borders of Fort Worth, Texas. Miss Borders was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Birmingham where she served on the administrative board and other committees. She was head of the English department of Shades Valley High School before her retirement. She was a member of the Kappa Delta Epsilon and Cara clubs.
