Parents: M.A. & Gladys Burleson Boone

Following information provided by Find A Grave contributor Dolores Rush #47849893:

Our Samuel Boone immigrated from Clark County, KY to Missouri in 1854 where he was raised. The Boone's from Georgia aren't related unless way back from the Boones who left Pennsylvania and immigrated to North Carolina. Daniel Boone left North Carolina and explored Kentucky where he eventually brought his family and then to Missouri. I don't know right off hand if any of the Boones who settled in North Carolina went down to Georgia or not. You'd have to ask Dorthy Mack, the genealogist for the Boone Society. https://www.boonesociety.com/pages/dorthy-grissom-mack/
