20 Oct 1931: Grant Boltz, aged 68 years, died this afternoon at the home of his daughter-in-law, Mrs. Andrew Boltz, Center Street, Pleasant Hill. A complication of diseases was given as the cause of death. He was a tinsmith, employed by Thomas Reinhard, a local contractor. He was a member of Trinity U.B. Church, and an active member of Liberty Fire Co. The following survive: children Walter, Flint, Mich.; Mrs. Warren Yeiser, Lloyd Boltz, Mrs. Margaret Fisher, Mrs. Bertha Weiman, and Miss Kathryn Boltz, all of Lebanon; eleven grandchildren; one brother and one sister. Burial to take place in the Ebenezer Covenant Cemetery. [Lebanon Daily News]
