Albert L. Boggs, 71, a re -tired employee of Gildersleeve Seed Co., died at 5:20 a.m. Friday at Mennonite Hospital, Bloomington, where he had been a patient since Oct. 22.
Mr. Boggs was born April 21, 1905, in Hudson, a son of Harry O. and Maude Harper Boggs.
He married Frieda Sprehe April 14, 1928, at Hoffman. She died June 22, 1976.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Wayne Downen, Hudson; Mrs. Charles Hartley, Bloomington; and eight grandchildren.
A son also preceded him in death.
He was a member of the Towanda Masonic Lodge.
