Lyn Sue Tippel, 67, of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2014. She was born September 23, 1946 in Batesville, Indiana, daughter of the late Robert Boese and Martha (Tibbetts) Boese.
Lyn was a active member of the First Baptist Church of Greendale. She worked as a Teller at American State Bank.
She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Konrad Tippel; mother, Martha Boese of Lawrenceburg, IN; son, Matthew Tippel of Indianapolis, IN; 2 sisters, Sandy Robinson of Rising Sun, IN, Melinda Chenault of Lawrenceburg, IN; 1 neice; 3 nephews; and 2 great neices
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Boese.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 from 5pm to 8pm at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at First Baptist Church, Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 1pm, with Pastor Steve Fagerburg officiating.
Interment will follow in the Greendale Cemetery, Greendale, Indiana.
