Sheldon E. Blosser, 42, Lakewood, Calif., died Monday in Lakewood.
He was born and raised in Carlisle, serviced in the U.S. Army and was a member of Elks Lodge, Lakewood.
Surviving are a son, Sheldon E. Blosser Jr., Lakewood; a daughter, Bonnie Baer, Carlisle; two stepdaughters, Debra and Patricia Hernandez, Lakewood; his mother, Edna Blosser, Carlisle; five sisters, Alma Sheaffer, Frances Miller, Betty Mearkle, and Elinor Weigle, Carlisle, and Dorothy Hockley, West Fairview; six brothers, Lester Blosser, Bloomsburg, Marlin, Kenneth, Carl Jr. and Benjamin Blosser, Carlisle, and Dean Blosser, Mount Holly Springs.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, 219 N. Hanover St. with the Rev. Daniel R. Mikesell officiating. Burial will be in Kutz's Cemetery.
There will be no viewing.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Evangelical Christian Church.
