Dorothy was born December 19, 1914 in Nebraska. She was married to Orville Blodgett on February 24, 1934. They were dairy farmers in the Helena area for 37 years then retired to Union Star in 1978. She was a homemaker and wonderful cook. Dorothy was a member of the Union Star United Methodist Church.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Orville; 3 brothers and 1 sister.
She is survived by her brother, Don Glass; children; Duane (Francis) Blodgett and Janice (Gene) Ruoff; Grandchildren, Kim (Bill) Fahrow, Kelly (John) Finchum, Megan Blodgett, Terry (Carla) Ruoff, Stephanie Ruoff, Chris (Brenda) Ruoff, Kathleen (Marco) Rangel; Great-Grandchildren, Adam (Alena) Ruoff, Cody Ruoff, Connor Ruoff, Colby Ruoff, Christina Rangel and best friend, Grace Davison.
Dorothy was a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Her memories will go on through the quilts and crocheted items she lovingly made for her family.
