Ethel Georgiana Conley was born April 19, 1894 in Independence, Iowa, to George Conley and Minnie Henrietta Schrank. She was their only child. In 1917, Ethel married Cecil Seymour Blinn and they had two sons, William James Blinn(1919-1997) and Roger Conley Blinn (1921-1983)[FAG#7627457].
Cecil and Ethel later divorced (date unknown). She died in the San Jose Hospital in San Jose, California on July 31, 1976, and was cremated. Her ashes were interred in Alta Mesa Memorial Park in Palo Alto, California.
Cecil's burial site is unknown. He was born in Lafayette, Indiana on 9/1/1893 to Horatio Blinn and Elizabeth Snyder. He died in Santa Barbara, California on October 22, 1979.
