Mary was born June 10, 1946 at Omaha, Arkansas, the daughter of Joe R. and Ina I. Jefferson Blevins. She was a house manager, an active member of Presley Chapel United Methodist Church, an area coordinator for Operation Christmas Child and a volunteer at the Peoples Mission Church Food Pantry in Alabam and the Salvation Army. Mary died at the age of 65 at the Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, Luke and Minnie Blevins and Thomas and Alice Jefferson and the husband of her youth, Jerry Connell.

At the time of her death, her survivors included her loving husband of 44 years, Ron Wollen; one daughter; two sisters and brothers-in-law; two grandsons; one granddaughter; several nephews and nieces and her loving Church family.

A memorial service was held July 2, at the Presley Chapel United Methodist Church with The Reverend Allen Crum officiating. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home of Huntsville, Arkansas.
