DAMASCUS, Va. Percilla Marie Blevins, 74, died Sunday, October 12, 2014, in Johnston Memorial Hospital, Abingdon, Virginia. She was born in Huntington, West Virginia; daughter of the late Edgar Dean and Sarah Melinda Pennington Huffman. She was preceded in death by one sister and two brothers. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Delbert Blevins; two daughters, Patricia "Cricket" Greer of Mountain City, Tenn., and Leaisa Salmons and husband, David of Abingdon, Va.; one son, Gregory Blevins and wife, Jeanette of Fleetwood, N.C.; seven grandchildren, Jesse Greer, Lavon Haga and husband, Jared, Ian Blevins, Ana Blevins, Alex Salmons, Jorga Salmons, and John Salmons; three great grandchildren, Jayden Greer, Jackson Haga, and Lukas Haga; one sister, Shirley Cox; four brothers, Glenn Huffman, Gary Huffman, David Huffman, and Roger Huffman; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 p.m. Tuesday, October 14, 2014, in Bethel Baptist Church, Troutdale, Va. Funeral Services for Percilla Marie Blevins will be conducted at 11:00 am Wednesday, October 15, 2014 in Bethel Baptist Church, Troutdale, VA with Pastor Jerry Fritz and Rev. Leonard Tenny officiating. Interment will follow in Troutdale Cemetery, Troutdale, Va. Pallbearers will be Jesse Greer, Jared Haga, Dwight Phillips, Tommy Shepard, Skip Combs, and Warren Walls.
