Sharing Info from Patricia Brannon on William Daniel and when Nancy Jane passed away .

Jean.
We would take Grandfather to Shores Lake, that was his G-grandfather, he told me about his twelve year old brother being killed in an accident, near Shores Lake and he just cried.
As a small child he talked to me about Arkansas, about his mother as a little girl during the Civil War.
He told me about when Grandmother Nancy Jane Blevins died. They wouldn't let grandfather Daniel go to her funeral, because it was cold.

They were afraid he would take pneumonia, he started crying and said ,
They had been through so much, during the Civil War, he should have been Allowed to go to her funeral.Grandpa Calvin had stayed home with him.
He said Grandpa Daniel said I love her , I want to be with her.
